Great track by Grimes from her new album Visions. Pitchfork calls her style “post-internet” (in a pretty ridiculous review), but I would call it the 2012 version of Cocteau Twins. Whatever you want to call it, it’s quite good:

His primary influences are “shoegaze”, Cocteau Twins and Tangerine Dream. The track is from the critically acclaimed A Strangely Isolated Place album (2003). Listen to this and you will not be needing your Monday paracetamol:
