Brace yourself: the illustrious movie director David Lynch has released a couple of singles. And it’s electronic music.
It’s not the first time Lynch engaged in music making – he composed pieces of music for Wild at Heart, Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me and Mulholland Drive, and contributed to Dangermouse & Sparklehorse’s album Dark Night of the Soul album in January – but still.
And the way it sounds? The 64-year old director creates stuff that a lot of nerdy-glasses wearing indie-electronic hipsters could learn from. In other words, it’s really good.
